IronBulbCo ships eligible furniture orders placed through www.ironbulbco.com to available destinations within the United States.

Shipping Options

Eligible products may qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Larger furniture pieces, special-order items, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional preparation time.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 business days after processing, where available.

Delivery estimates may vary because of weather, holidays, carrier schedules, destination, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Furniture Shipments

Sofas, sectional sofas, and other larger furniture may be shipped in multiple cartons or separate deliveries. Different packages from the same order may arrive at different times.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the packaging and furniture shortly after delivery. Take photographs of any visible damage before disposing of packaging materials.

Damaged Deliveries

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@ironbulbco.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility.
