IronBulbCo aims to make your furniture purchase simple and straightforward. This policy applies to orders placed through www.ironbulbco.com.

14-Day Return Window

Eligible furniture may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Products should be unused, unassembled, clean, and in their original condition. Original packaging, hardware, and accessories should be retained when available.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, email sales@ironbulbco.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return.

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photographs of the furniture and packaging.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the product back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sofa or other furniture arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, IronBulbCo may arrange a replacement, replacement parts, repair assistance, store credit, or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Final sale or clearance products.

• Customized or specially ordered furniture.

• Furniture that has been assembled or modified.

• Products damaged through improper use or care.

• Unauthorized returns.
